Ankur Lal has over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecom industry. He specializes in conceptualizing and bringing to market game-changing solutions that lead to business transformation. He is passionate about energy management and Green initiatives and has kickstarted several initiatives at Infozech to address these areas.

Ankur’s commitment to telecom and energy issues is evident from his eagerness to pursue a diverse range of projects and step into new markets and technologies. He is an active industry evangelist for emerging companies at NASSCOM. He is a frequent speaker at global conferences on cost optimization and revenue management issues. He is also a prolific contributor to leading Indian and overseas business publications.

He is an active member of Toastmasters; public speaking club. He has founded and mentors several clubs that nurture and develop talent for public speaking for young minds. He helps young adults to nurture entrepreneurial skills.

Ankur holds a BS Degree from IIT, Delhi.

Sanjiv is a non-executive chairman and a board member of Infozech.

Sanjiv spent the first 20 years of his career in the IT industry, working in companies like ORG Systems, Wipro, IBM, in various sales, marketing and business management roles.

In 2001, he got into entrepreneurship, by leading a Management Buy-out (MBO), of a struggling software company, Comviva (earlier Bharti Telesoft Ltd). He turned around this company, raised VC funding from companies like Westbridge Capital, Sequoia, and Cisco, and grew it to become a leading company in the telecom Value added Services (VAS) segment. This company was later acquired by Tech Mahindra.

Sanjiv was also the CEO of National Institute for Smart Government, (NISG), a not-for-profit company promoted by Government of India, Dept of Electronics and IT, to promote the cause of e-governance in the country. NISG works with a large number of Government departments and ministries, both in central government and state governments, to advise and handhold them in their e-governance initiatives. In 7 years, Sanjiv grew this organisation from 50 people to 700, all recruited from the private sector, helping various Government departments in their technology initiatives.

Currently, Sanjiv has started an organisation, Saarathi Enterprises, a mentoring and angel investing set-up, and is actively mentoring 4-5 companies.

Sanjiv holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and has done MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Sanjeev is a director of ibill (Tower Billing) product at Infozech.

Prior to that, he was the head of the Telecom Delivery & Operations, Product Management and Presales functions at Infozech.

Sanjeev has over 20 years of experience in telecom system implementations for IP, Wireline and Wireless telecom service providers. He has also been involved in telecom tower billing and energy tracking implementations since 2008.

Sanjeev has deep expertise in Business Process Engineering and automating telecom processes and has been instrumental in providing several key solutions in the areas of telecom billing, integration of Infozech products with third-party protocols and mission-critical business applications. He has worked closely with Infozech’s overseas clients in many countries in Europe, the APAC region and in the US, helping them use technology to achieve their business objectives.

Sanjeev holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Delhi University.

Monika Lal heads iTower and Telecom Operations at Infozech.

Monika has over 25 years of industry experience. She has been involved in managing Telecom projects and ensuring that the Infozech Quality Management System is aligned to achieving business excellence.

Prior to Infozech, she has worked as a Consultant in Quality and Information Security in CyberQ. She has also worked in CDoT. She has been certified by ISACA as CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor).She has conducted extensive audits and tested critical applications for Security. She has also helped company’s setup management systems for ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and CMMI.

Monika has been an active member of Toastmasters. She has also been the Club Counsellor for Gavel Club – a club for young kids to help develop their Communication and Leadership skills.

She holds a BE degree in Computer Science and Technology from IIT Roorkee.

Sabri is responsible for establishing the Infozech presence in MENA, Turkey and CIS Regions as a preferred partner of all major Telecom and Tower companies.

He possess an extensive international experience in telecom industry of over 28 years, covering diverse management responsibilities in Business Development and Sales Management. Have a proven track record of delivering solutions for Telco and tower companies through inspiring leadership in Middle East and North Africa Region (MENA), Turkey and CIS. Worked with major telecom companies with revenues of over $1.1 billion. Handled high-profile clients such as Vodafone, Orange , Etisalat , MTN and their affiliates in MEA Region.

A natural leader with strong interpersonal skills and deep understanding of the team working in global diverse & distributed work places.

Michael’s extensive 37-year career in the telecom and advertising industry showcases a wealth of experience and expertise. In his last role as the Vice President of Customer Service and Transformation at Bharti Airtel Limited, he demonstrated effective leadership in directing cross-functional teams across the CS functions . His focus on technology transformation in customer service played a crucial role in enhancing the company’s operations.

One of Michael’s notable achievements was his instrumental role in the rollout and adoption of the data business – 2G, 3G, 4 G and Fixed broadband ,in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. This demonstrates not only a strategic mind-set but also a global perspective in navigating the complexities of the telecom industry.

A key aspect of his leadership style is his motivational and interactive approach. This style likely contributed to his success in recruiting and mentoring talented leaders. His ability to inspire a shared passion for success among his team members has been a hallmark of his leadership.

Michael’s career is characterized by a comprehensive background, strategic leadership, and a commitment to excellence, making him a respected figure in the telecom industry.

Tulika is a member of the board at Infozech. She is an industry veteran with over 22 years of experience. She headed Product management function at Infozech till 2020 and in her tenure of 16 years as the product head she helped define the iTower product suite and its modules at Infozech that make up the entire IT stack for an Infrastructure provider. Her keen interest lies in solving technically challenging problems and implementing them in situations where these can benefit customers.

Her hands-on experience in deployments has given her deep understanding of business as well as implementation challenges and led her to innovate for the success of the deployments.

She has done her Bachelors from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and Masters in Engineering (CSA) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
