The client is one of the world’s leading passive infrastructure provider. The company deploys, owns and manages more than 34,000 telecom towers and communication structures for a number of CSPs across 11 telecom circles in India.
The client had a manual process in place to ensure quality checks and audit at its sites. It was looking for an automated solution to improve efficiency and ensure that preventive maintenance tasks were carried out in a timely manner.
Infozech’s solution MAS comprises a Mobile Client Application and Application Server. Deployed across the handsets of quality executives, the client application enables the passive infrastructure provider to shrink the time and distance for high value information. The geo-tagged information captured, and updated immediately in the MAS enabled the user to act upon it. The MAS offers a user-friendly interface which the user uses to access real-time information about the status of tower sites.
