This module provides preventive maintenance scheduling (automatic or manual), tracking of PM activity and review of schedule and task compliance.
The mobile application enables last mile tracking of each activity and also real time logging of trouble ticket. iMaintain module can collect data through Android based mobile application with the following capabilities:

Ticket is generated from real time alarm or field staff entering ticket through mobile app or online portal. Ticket is assigned automatically to the concern person as per the assignment matrix. Tracking of all open ticket and escalation as per the escalation matrix would happen automatically.
Once any equipment is required to be replaced, warranty management module helps to track all the warranty information about assets on a centralized server. It also tracks activities like repair and replacement related to the warranty process.
Theft Ticket would be generated from real time alarm or field staff entering ticket through mobile app or online portal. Ticket is assigned automatically to the concern person as per theft assignment matrix. Tracking of all open theft ticket and escalation as per the escalation matrix would happen automatically.
All the tickets would capture the cost involved is resolution of the issue. An approval mechanism is there to approve and review the cost involved. Cost analysis is provided which would help in post analysis of issue. It also helps in predicting costs for ongoing maintenance.
