Tower Operators require the maintenance of active & passive assets located at their sites through their lifecycle to get the maximum return of investment. Infozech’s iMaintain module addresses the business challenge related with maintenance management when preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment located at various sites become inefficient and difficult to track using manual processes. iMaintain helps the maintenance team to manage their maintenance activity which helps in real time tracking of all preventive and corrective activity at the sites.

Infozech’s iMaintain module offers an interface where following actions can be performed:

  • Preventive Maintenance
  • This module provides preventive maintenance scheduling (automatic or manual), tracking of PM activity and review of schedule and task compliance.

  • Data collection through mobile application
  • The mobile application enables last mile tracking of each activity and also real time logging of trouble ticket. iMaintain module can collect data through Android based mobile application with the following capabilities:

    1. Live site photos
    2. Geo tagging
    3. Checklist filling
    4. Time stamp
    5. Ticket entry

  • Corrective Maintenance
  • Ticket is generated from real time alarm or field staff entering ticket through mobile app or online portal. Ticket is assigned automatically to the concern person as per the assignment matrix. Tracking of all open ticket and escalation as per the escalation matrix would happen automatically.

  • Warranty Management
  • Once any equipment is required to be replaced, warranty management module helps to track all the warranty information about assets on a centralized server. It also tracks activities like repair and replacement related to the warranty process.

  • Theft Management
  • Theft Ticket would be generated from real time alarm or field staff entering ticket through mobile app or online portal. Ticket is assigned automatically to the concern person as per theft assignment matrix. Tracking of all open theft ticket and escalation as per the escalation matrix would happen automatically.

  • Cost Management
  • All the tickets would capture the cost involved is resolution of the issue. An approval mechanism is there to approve and review the cost involved. Cost analysis is provided which would help in post analysis of issue. It also helps in predicting costs for ongoing maintenance.
